Duke Brothers Horses (“we,” “us”) offers horseback riding lessons, horse training and summer horse camps in Heber City, Utah. This policy explains what information we collect through dukebrothershorses.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, and anything you write in your message.
Summer Horse Camp registration. When a parent or guardian registers a child for camp, we collect:
- Parent or guardian name, phone number and email address
- The child’s name and age
- The camp session(s) you prefer
- Anything you choose to tell us about your child (for example, riding experience, allergies or other needs)
Submitting the form does not complete registration. We use it to contact you with a schedule and payment instructions. We do not collect payment information through this website.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider and security tools record basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site running and secure. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Children’s information
Our camps are for children, but camp registration must be completed by a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
Information about your child is used only to run camp and keep your child safe, and is shared only with the Duke Brothers Horses staff who need it.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, such as our web hosting provider (Hostinger) and the email delivery service the website uses to send us form submissions. These providers may only use the information to provide their services to us. We may also disclose information if required by law.
The website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and Google receives your IP address.
How long we keep information
We keep contact messages and camp registrations only as long as needed to respond to you, run camp, and keep reasonable business records, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we have about you or your child at any time by contacting us below. Browsers’ “Do Not Track” signals are not used to change how this website works, because we do not track visitors across websites.
Security
We use reasonable measures, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, to protect your information. No website can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
